 No clear law yet defines this arena. In the case of the suicide death of Megan Myers, Lori Drew the mother who allegedly set up the phony on-line “Josh” boyfriend, could not be charged with anything about Cyber bullying as the state had no state law on that topic. Instead she was charged federally for making up a page with an assumed identity. |
