| What Is Bullying? |

 Bullying in its truest form is comprised of a series of repeated intentionally cruel incidents, involving the same children, in the same bully and victim roles. This, however, does not mean that in order for bullying to occur there must be repeat offenses. Bullying can consist of a single interaction. Bullying behavior may also be defined as a criminal act if the bully is twelve years of age or older.

pathetic more than 5000 kids get bullied and all you say is this little bit about it- thats sad!! If you care so much auctually add more info! My daughter killed herself but we didnt know why because websites like this dont give enough info about bulling! GRRR!! |

Too short This article makes 7th grade Bully speeches look like top stuff. If you say you want to help bullying, then get more statistics and things. I was bullied for all my life until I finally got the bone to tell them to stop. When we started talking about this stuff I thought it was fun, and then we had to do a reasearch paper on it and we had to use this site and two others and I decided to do this. This is pitiful compared to the others. Please please, write more about it. Or else your just going to get more hate comments from teenagers around the country.  |

Comments are not Productive The reactions to this website, in particular this article, are not productive. Obviously more can be said about bullying, there is more information on this website for that. Some information is better than nothing at all, and there are always other resources. Personally, I find the information on this website concise, and that is what I was looking for. I think it is a good start. Discussion forums are intended to help us learn and not so you can lash out at the person providing the information. |

I can make a blog longer than this and still end up getting people to understand the mantality of these wacko's. |

Advice I would like to simply point out that people (most of them) who are commenting on this blog are hypocrits. You pretend to stand up for this cause and get high and mighty about it YET at the same time you are bullying the person who posted this information. Be grateful that someone is trying to post information on it and not attack them simply because it does not meet your standards of how lengthy it is. Instead try to come up with comments which will help those who are being bullied and prevention strategies and make this discussion one that people will actually read and take advice from. |
